大灣區金融科技人才發展計劃強勢回歸，規模再創新高!
由香港青年聯會、彭博和香港金融管理局合作推出的大灣區金融科技人才發展計劃，旨在培養下一代金融科技人才，同時幫助學生深入了解大灣區的金融市場，以及香港和深圳在全球金融中的關鍵角色。
此計劃為參與學生提供了絕佳機會：
- 與超過20家頂尖金融及科技企業的領袖和專家建立聯繫；
- 接受專為金融科技行業設計的專業培訓；
- 與業界專業人士互動交流，拓展人脈；
- 由經驗豐富的專業人士提供職業輔導，助你規劃職業發展方向
- 提升職場技能，為未來職涯做好準備
今年新增內容：
表現最優秀的50名香港學生將獲邀前往深圳參觀金融及科技企業，而兩地表現最突出的20名學生將獲得與合作企業的CEO近距離交流的專屬機會。

*本項目香港場次將以英文進行；深圳場次將以普通話進行。
本項目面向大灣區大學生，不限專業背景。隨着本項目在整個大灣區逐年拓展，今年將首次迎來深圳三所大學選拔的學生加入本項目。

The Greater Bay Area Fintech Talent Initiative is back bigger than ever.
Run by the Hong Kong United Youth Association (HKUYA), in partnership with Bloomberg and the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, the Initiative aims to nurture financial tech talent and help students gain a deeper understanding of the GBA's financial markets and of Hong Kong and Shenzhen's pivotal role in global finance.
This Initiative offers an incredible opportunity to:
- Connect with leaders and experts from more than 20 financial and technology companies
- Receive professional training tailored to the fintech industry
- Network with industry professionals
- Access bespoke career coaching to guide your career path
- Hone your career skills to prepare for the future
New this year:
The top 50 Hong Kong students will be invited to visit financial and technology companies in Shenzhen, and the top 20 participants of the program will get an exclusive opportunity to interact with CEOs from partnering firms.

*The sessions in Hong Kong and Shenzhen will be conducted in English and Mandarin respectively.
This program is designed for university students in the GBA, spanning a wide range of academic disciplines. As we expand this initiative across the region, students selected by three universities in Shenzhen will also join the program for the first time this year.
