香港青年聯會及一帶一路總商會共同啟動「一帶一路青聯網」，旨在善用現有資源和網路，鼓勵在港國際青年參與「一帶一路」倡議。
青聯網可成為一個全球資料庫和有活力的交流平台，並提供「一帶一路」青年相關資訊和活動更新。平台致力於為青年搭建擴展網路、交流思想的平台，充分利用「一帶一路」倡議帶來的機遇，匯聚與「一帶一路」青年發展的相關機構和人士，創新合作。
Introduction
Jointly launched by Hong Kong United Youth Association (HKUYA) and Belt and Road General Chamber of Commerce (BRGCC), the Belt and Road Youth Network (the Network) aiming to leverage existing resources and networks to encourage international youth in Hong Kong to participate in the Belt and Road Initiative.
The Network serves as a global database and dynamic communication platform for the Youth, providing updates on activities and information relevant to Belt and Road Initiative. The Network is committed to building an expansive network and fostering exchanges among youth, maximizing opportunities brought by the Initiative, and promoting innovative collaborations.
一、成立目的
一帶一路青聯網的成立目的是促進在港「一帶一路」相關國家的海外留學生與「一帶一路」機構、企業和人士之間的交流、合作，並逐漸擴展服務至不同國際青年群體。
主要目標包括：
1. 文化交流與學術研討
通過組織舉辦「一帶一路」相關學術研討會、項目觀摩活動和人文藝術交流，幫助在港海外留學生更好理解「一帶一路」倡議主旨內涵及發展需求，同時增進對彼此文化和本港文化的了解與尊重。
2. 促進創業與就業
青聯網將通過資訊分享、需求調研、資源交流、組織創業交流活動、企業見習實習等，幫助在港海外留學生與「一帶一路」機遇建立聯繫，獲得實踐和發展的機會。
3. 推動社會服務
平台還將組織社會服務項目，鼓勵在港海外留學生積極參與本港社區服務和公益活動，共同貢獻社會。
4. 構建平台和網絡
建立一個全球化和有活力的平台和網絡，促進在港海外留學生與「一帶一路」相關發展機會之間的連結和合作，努力幫助青年學生把握「一帶一路」機遇實現個人和共同的發展目標。
I. Objectives
The establishment of the Belt and Road Youth Network aims to facilitate exchanges and collaborations between overseas students from Belt and Road countries in Hong Kong and Belt and Road institutions, enterprises, and individuals, and to gradually expand its services to different international youth groups.
Key objectives include:
1. Cultural exchange and academic discussions
Organizing seminars, project visits, and cultural exchanges to enhance understanding of the Belt and Road Initiative's principles and developmental needs, and promote mutual respect for cultures.
2. Enhance Entrepreneurship and employment
Facilitating connections for overseas students in Hong Kong with Belt and Road opportunities through information sharing, needs assessment, resource exchange, and organizing entrepreneurial activities and internships.
3. Promoting community service
Organizing community service projects to encourage active participation of overseas students in Hong Kong in community and charitable activities.
4. Building platforms and networks
Establishing a global and vibrant platform to connect and cooperate between overseas students in Hong Kong and opportunities related to the Belt and Road Initiative, assisting young students in seizing opportunities for personal and collective development goals.
二、主旨和使命
一帶一路青聯網的主旨是促進海外青年學生在「一帶一路」倡議框架下在香港的學習、交流、成長和發展，助力他們以國際視野、創新精神和為全人類謀福祉的社會責任感參與共建「一帶一路」，致力於共建一個持久和平、普遍安全、共同繁榮、開放包容、清潔美麗的世界。
使命：
1. 關注青年成長與發展
提供平台促進在港海外留學生在文化、學術和商業等領域的互動，幫助他們實現個人和共同的發展目標。
2. 培養領導力和創新精神
支持「一帶一路」青年學生應對全球挑戰並在「一帶一路」建設中發揮積極的作用。
3. 推動可持續發展
在「一帶一路」建設中推動綠色、可持續的發展模式，培養青年學生的環保意識和社會責任感。

通過舉辦文化交流活動、語言學習和本港文化體驗等項目，促進跨文化理解和友誼，促進和平與和諧的發展。
5. 提供資源和支持
作為一個全球化平台為在港海外留學生乃至「一帶一路」相關國家的青年學生提供資源、信息和網絡。
II. Vision and Mission
The Belt and Road Youth Network aims to promote overseas youth students' learning, exchange, growth, and development in Hong Kong within the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative. It aims to empower them with an international perspective, innovation spirit, and a sense of social responsibility for the common good of humanity.
The mission includes:
1. Focusing on youth growth and development
Providing platforms to facilitate interaction among overseas students in Hong Kong in cultural, academic, and business fields, helping them achieve personal and collective development goals.
2. Cultivating leadership and innovation
Supporting Belt and Road youth in addressing global challenges and playing an active role in Belt and Road construction.
3. Promoting sustainable development
Advocating for green and sustainable development models within the Belt and Road construction, cultivating environmental awareness and social responsibility among youth.
4. Enhancing cross-cultural understanding
Promoting cross-cultural understanding and friendship through cultural exchange activities, language learning, and experiences of Hong Kong culture, fostering peaceful and harmonious development.
5. Providing resources and support
Serving as a global platform to provide resources, information, and networks for overseas students in Hong Kong and youth from Belt and Road countries.
三、運作方式
「一帶一路」青聯網秘書處設在香港青年聯會，日常服務內容包括：
1. 定期提供在港海外留學生在港就業、求學政策資訊；
2. 進行在港海外留學生創業就業需求調查，結合實際情況按需做個別就業指導或推薦；
3. 不定期組織在港海外留學生參加 「一帶一路」 相關論壇、訪問、觀摩交流等活動；
III. Operation
The Belt and Road Youth Network Secretariat is based at the Proposal, providing the following services:
- Regular updates on employment and education policies for overseas students in Hong Kong.
- Conducting surveys on entrepreneurship and employment needs of overseas students in Hong Kong, offering tailored career guidance or recommendations based on actual conditions.
- Organizing irregular participation of overseas students in Hong Kong in Belt and Road-related forums, visits, and exchange activities.

香港青年聯會
香港青年聯會（簡稱「青聯」）成立於1992年8月4日，主要以中華全國青年聯合會及各省市青聯的港區特邀委員為核心，由本港各界青年才俊、青年團體領袖及學界精英組成。
多年來，青聯舉辦了眾多豐富多彩的活動，並通過活動的籌備，鍛煉會員的領導力、組織力和執行力，爲社會培養出一批又一批關心祖國、熱愛香港、敬業樂群的青年精英和精幹的義工隊伍，當中相當一部分更被引薦到內地及本港的社會團體及政府諮詢架構，成為愛國建港的中堅力量。
青聯現有個人會員2,300多人，團體會員48個，總會員人數超過33,000人。
香港青聯邁進32屆，將致力拓寬其活動領域，為香港青年構建一個強大的國際交流平台。我們的核心工作聚焦於三個關鍵領域：深化多元文化的交融互鑒，強化全球人際網路的緊密聯結，以及促進技術、經濟與貿易的全方位國際合作。藉此，助力香港青年擴闊視野、擁抱世界，並激勵他們作為超級聯繫人，積極參與並推動“一帶一路”倡議的高質量發展。
一帶一路總商會
一帶一路總商會成立於2018年，由麗新集團主席林建岳、正大製藥集團總裁鄭翔玲、華彬集團董事長嚴彬共同發起。
總商會旨在聯合港澳台僑的工商專業界人士，發揮推動「一帶一路」建設的作用，積極協助不同業界與「一帶一路」沿線國家及地區建立聯繫，擴大網絡，開拓商機，開展多方面的合作，造福當地民眾，為「一帶一路」高質量發展國家戰略和香港的發展作出貢獻。
總商會作為「共商共建共享」的民間平台，下設多個專門委員會，涵蓋金融、基建、貿易、專業服務、文化產業、醫療健康、青年事務和科技創新等領域，致力凝聚業界人士和專家，共同提出可持續發展的建議，促進「一帶一路」沿線國家及地區的合作，為推動構建人類命運共同體出一分力。
VI. Introduction of the Organizers
Hong Kong United Youth Association
The Hong Kong United Youth Association (referred to as "HKUYA") was established on August 4, 1992. It is primarily composed of core members invited from the All-China Youth Federation and various provincial and city youth associations, along with outstanding young talents, professionals, and entrepreneurs from various sectors in Hong Kong, youth group leaders, and academic elites.
Over the years, HKUYA has organized numerous diverse activities, refining the leadership, organizational skills, and execution capabilities of its members. It has nurtured a cohort of young elites and dedicated volunteer teams who uphold a deep-seated love for their homeland, Hong Kong, and a commitment to serving the community.
Many members have been recommended to social organizations and government advisory bodies in both mainland China and Hong Kong SAR, thereby becoming a robust force for patriotism and contributing to Hong Kong's development. HKUYA currently includes over 2,300 individual members and 48 group members, with a total membership exceeding 33,000.
Entering its 32nd term, HKUYA aims to Embrace the World by expanding its scope to provide a robust platform for Hong Kong youth to engage globally. This mission involves fostering multicultural exchanges, enhancing people-to-people connectivity, and facilitating technological, economic, and trade cooperation. Through these initiatives, HKUYA aims to equip a broader spectrum of Hong Kong youth with a global perspective, encouraging their active participation as a super-connector and contributing to the development of the Belt and Road initiatives.
Belt and Road General Chamber of Commerce
The Belt and Road General Chamber of Commerce was established in 2018 through the joint efforts of Dr Peter Lam Kin-ngok, Chairman of Lai Sun Group, Ms Cheng Cheung Ling, Chief Executive of CP Pharmaceutical Group, and Mr Chanchai Ruayrungruang, Chairman of Reignwood Group.
The primary objective of the Chamber is to unite professionals from the business and industry sectors in Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, and to play an active role in promoting the Belt and Road Initiative. The Chamber proactively assists various industries in establishing connections, expanding networks, exploring business opportunities, and engaging in multifaceted cooperation with countries and regions along the Belt and Road to benefit local populations. Through these efforts, the Chamber contributes to the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative and Hong Kong.
The Chamber operates as a civil platform for "joint consultation, co-construction, and sharing," and comprises several specialized committees covering areas such as finance, infrastructure, trade, professional services, cultural industries, healthcare, youth affairs, and technological innovation. It aims to bring together industry professionals and experts to jointly propose sustainable development proposals, promote cooperation among countries and regions along the Belt and Road, and contribute to the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.
